Andrew Oleson is a designer/web developer out of Bartlesville. He shares, in great detail, of his account of AT&T ripping him off. Long story short, he entered a 12 month agreement, and although they failed to provide the services they promised, they still continued to withdraw money from his account.

The website was created to help spread the word of his story, but also a chance for others to submit their own horrible accounts. We hope the site helps Andrews gets his money back, but more importantly, help stop companies from abusing their clients & customers.

Does anyone else have any advertising horror stories to share?

Why didn't he speak to his bank and stop the authorization for automatic debits? That's a terrible story, very frustrating just to read.

Tim, thanks for reading and sharing.

I had threatened at one point to cut them off. Per our contract, they told me they would have taken the full unpaid amount of the contract all at once, which would not have been good for my business.

Thank you for your support!
