Microsoft sure does hit the spot for any kid growing up in the 90s, but it seems like they're hitting a narrow market. The commercial was clever, but you've already lost us IE. You're like the friend we had in middle school, that ended up moving to a distant land of unstability and crashing.
Still not a fan of the monitor head man logo Staplegun tends to throw on their video content, but we'll put that aside while we enjoy some of the work they've been out this year........
Local film makers, Toy Gun Films, has put out their newest short, Half Good Killer for all to enjoy. It's an interesting and dark film that follows a young soldier "fighting for an African rebel force struggles to survive the war he was thrust into as he reawakens to the life he was destined to lead." You can view the full movie below, but recommend a higher res viewing on Vimeo.
Enjoying this mini series from Science Museum Oklahoma, that lets Oklahoma curators and artists talk about other local art and artists. It's a great concept and we hope to see more in the future. Check out the rest here
