Jiggle-It is a free app for iPad and iPhone, that features a customizable JELL-O cube that looks real and moves like actual gelatin, dancing and jiggling along to the beat of music, whether from your iTunes library or your device’s microphone. The really cool part is how the app gets the Jell-O cube to dance in sync. It uses an original audio analyzer to detect a song’s BPM (beats per minute) along with its energy level throughout the track.

Very cool project. If she was in Oklahoma, she could get done in a couple years...instead of 27.

  • Sandridge Unveils New Logo

Sandridge celebrated their 5th anniversary by unveiling their new look. Can't really say it's an upgrade or downgrade from what they had, just a bit more flashier. And I'm not sure what's really going on with it other than the concept appears to be a a red and oily ribbon wave.....We're not too sure about the new tagline as well, "The Power of Us;" seems a bit trite and cocky. Normally, we'd try to back off from criticism, but feel like we're allowed to in this case since it was outsourced to another state. Apparently, Joseph David Advertising is responsible for the new mark. We feel Sandridge, an OKC based company, could have easily found a local design firm to get the job done, where as JDR only spent a week here. I think if your company is concerned about creating a mark and brand that speaks about Oklahoma, you can start by hiring Oklahomans.

It's been a few years since I've seen this. DenverEgo sent this over to us last night and still gave me some laughs. I realize it puts down our state just a tad, but I see it as more of a waking call for those overweight peoples out there. Anyways, not really a creative post, but more of a 'glad Monday is over, have a laugh' post. Tuesday, here we come!
